Registration
1) Click on Workshop Registration and fill in all details as required.
2) All registration will be processed on a first come first serve basis, based on the time of registration form submission.
Registration Confirmation
1) A confirmation letter and an invoice will be sent to the email you've provided inclusive of the training and payment details.
Payment
1) Upon receiving the confirmation letter and invoice, please make payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque by 6 May 2013. Payment can be made through:
- POSB Bank Account: 151147763
- Cheque made payable to: Living Better
2) Upon receiving your payment, your place is guaranteed. An email on the confirmed training details will be sent to you as soon as possible.
3) If payment is not received by 6 May 2013, your registration will be deemed as cancelled.
4) Living Better reserves the right to change or cancel the training courses, a full refund of the training courses fees will be paid to you in such event.
Fees
1) All training course fees include all course materials, lunch and refreshments unless otherwise stated.
Happy Discount
1) Happy Discount only applies to participants who registered for THE HAPPINESS DNA training workshop on and before 30 April 2013 and are subjected to availability.
