The ASTHRDP Gradaute Scholars' Conference - Year 8 with the theme “Level Up to Level All: Science as Platform for Industry 4.0” was organised by the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) and the Accelerated Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program – National Science Consortium (ASTHRDP-NSC) at the Philippine International Convention Center, PICC Complex 1307, Pasay City, Metro Manila on 2-3 May 2019.
Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, AUN-QA expert was invited to speak at the plenary presentation 2 on “The 4Cs Framework to Transform Higher Education Institution into an Innovation Producing Ecosystem”. The conference was attended by more than 500 participants including MS and PhD scholars in basic and applied sciences, NSC heads and faculty members.
