The 1st AUN-QA institutional assessment was carried out at VNU-University of Science, a member university of Vietnam National University-Hanoi by AUN-QA Network from 15 to 20 January 2017. The assessment was carried out by 3 assessment panels covering strategic, systemic, and functional QA as well as results. Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, AUN-QA expert led the functional QA assessment encompassing education, research and service as well as results.

Guide to AUN-QA Assessment at Institutional Level (Version 2) - Vietnamese Edition
The "Guide to AUN-QA Assessment at Institutional Level (Version 2)" has been translated into Vietnamese edition by the Ministry of Education and Testing (MOET), Viet Nam. The Vietnamese edition was presented to AUN-QA Secretariat and assessors at the opening ceremony of the 1st AUN-QA institutional assessment at the VNU University of Science, a member university of Vietnam National University - Hanoi on 16 January 2017.
Education 4.0
Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, Founder and Principal Consultant of Education Quality International was invited by Vietnam National University - Hanoi to give a presentation titled "Industry 4.0 to Education 4.0 - Challenges and Opportunities" to their key management staff on 15 January 2017. The presentation gave an overview of Industry 4.0, its challenges to higher education particularly to Vietnam's higher education system. The overview was followed by the development of Education 1.0 to Education 4.0 and its opportunities for higher education.

33rd Intake of Certified Quality Manager Course - Training and Development Module
The Certified Quality Manager (CQM) course is hosted by the Singapore Quality Institute (SQI) and Mr Johnson Ong Chee Bin is the appointed trainer for the Training and Development Module. The module for the 33rd intake was held on 7 January 2017 at SQI. The module covers the following topics:

3rd Intake of Quality and Quality Management Workshop
The 3rd Quality and Quality Management Workshop for key management staff of universities, polytechnics and colleges in Viet Nam was organised by the Training Centre for Advanced Management (TCAM) from 4 to 6 January 2017. The 3-day workshop was specifically organised for colleges in Dong Thap Province and adjacent provinces at the Dong Thap College of Medicine. The workshop was jointly facilitated by Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, Principal Consultant, Education Quality International and Dr. Le Quang Minh, TCAM. The workshop was attended by 30 management staff members from various colleges in Dong Thap Province and adjacent provinces.
The objective of the 3-day workshop is to raise the awareness of quality and quality management of key management staff of universities, polytechnics and colleges in Viet Nam. The learning outcomes of the workshop are:
• Define quality and quality management
• Explain the evolution of quality management
• Describe quality management models
• Describe quality management in higher education
• Evaluate the factors affecting the choice of quality management implementation
• Implement quality management and change management

12th Happiness DNA Public Workshop
The 12th Happiness DNA public workshop was held on 15 & 16 December 2016. The workshop was facilitated by Chief Happiness Coach, Mr Johnson Ong Chee Bin of Living Better in collaboration with ASK Training Pte Ltd.
The 2-day workshop is based on the principles of positive psychology, and physical, mental and emotional therapies and techniques. It is taught in a unique change methodology where participants first determine the level of their happiness in the eight dimensions of the happiness DNA. How to nurture and sustain the eight dimensions of the happiness DNA is then introduced. The workshop concluded with an action plan to address the gaps in the happiness DNA.
