Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, Founder & Principal Consultant of Education Quality International, and AUN-QA expert was invited to share the theme "Cultivating QA Human Resources and Institutional Capacities in Universities: Challenges and Best Practices at the AUN-QA International Conference 2023 hosted by the AUN-QA Network from 6 - 7 September 2023, Bangkok, Thailand.
Johnson shared the historical development of capacity building in the AUN-QA Network and the 3 key lessons learned:

- Expanding outreach
