The 4th EU-SHARE Policy Dialogue titled "Towards a Shared Understanding of Quality Assurance in ASEAN" was held on 26 and 27 October 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The dialogue was attended by more than 160 delegates representing ministries, universities, national accreditation bodies, professional bodies, student unions and experts from ASEAN and Europe. The 2-day dialogue aims to:
- raise the importance of QA in higher education
- understand the regional QA standards
- discuss the ASEAN Quality Assurance Framework (AQAF)
- share QA experiences
Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bin, AUN-QA Expert, a member of the EWG-QA work group attended the dialogue as part of the delegate.
